Turn business goals into action.
Keep strategy and execution connected.
OmniForge is being built so solo founders and small teams can set business goals, let AI propose and coordinate the work, and keep people in control of key decisions and results.
Product vision · In development
AI can take on more work, yet when plans, tools, and results are disconnected, that capability does not automatically translate into progress.
01 / THE APPROACH
Give the work a direction.
Give the result a next step.
Goals are often written in one place while the work happens across people, chats, and tools. That separation makes it difficult to see why a task matters, who owns it, and whether it changed the outcome.
OmniForge’s proposed approach uses AI to connect measurable goals with plans and execution. People approve and refine the proposed work, then review the results in the same business context.
From a measurable goal to coordinated work.
OmniForge is being designed to keep a chosen bet and the work behind it connected to the outcome they aim to move.
Strategy Decide what matters
Set the direction
Define an objective and measurable key results using the OKR framework.
Choose the bet
AI proposes initiatives and tasks; people refine and approve the plan.
Execution Make the work happen
Carry out approved work
AI coordinates people, agents, workflows, and tools; people review key decisions.
Compare results with the key results, then refine the next bet or goal.
02 / DEVELOPMENT
What exists.
Why backing matters now.
OmniForge has development foundations in place, but the connected experience is not ready for public use. The next step is to bring those pieces together and learn from real use.
Foundations in place
- 01Strategy and planning
Objectives, key results, initiatives, and tasks, with AI-assisted drafting and human approval paths. Strategy and Plans views exist.
- 02Workflow and run foundations
Workflow contracts, validation, mapping views, and run APIs and UI are in the codebase.
- 03Tool-independent actions
Typed operation definitions, provider resolutions, connections, and adapters for selected capabilities.
These foundations are still being joined. Business tasks are not yet connected end to end to execution and outcome review.
From self-funded development
to real-world testing.
After more than a year building independently, I’m seeking investment or accelerator support to complete the first integrated experience, build a complementary team, and test it in real business work.
OmniForge describes an operation by the work it does, not the vendor that performs it—designed to keep workflows reusable as tools change.
03 / THE FOUNDER

Tamir Matok
Software engineer · Solo founder
My engineering work has focused on making complex systems work together.
At AppsFlyer, I worked on event-driven backend services, distributed integrations, and real-time data pipelines. I hold a B.Sc. in Computer Science with honors.
For more than a year, I’ve funded and built OmniForge independently. I’m applying that systems background to a business challenge: connecting goals, people, AI, and tools so work can be directed and its results examined.
